"Room was clean but main door to building was broken, plus upon arrival the code received from Expedia was not working to open the apt door. Upon WhatsApp message from we were able to get the crew code in about 30 mins. Also next morning they sent workers to fix the main door and there was a ton of construction noise and banging because of it. When we notified the WhatsApp number they said they didn’t know what it was and never responded back . Ruined a good sleep."

"Location was incredible. Short walk from the cathedral and major sites - you really can’t ask for more. The accommodation was lovely for us (2 adults and 2 children in #4). Hay un súper para los víveres en frente lo que es muy conveniente. Solo tuvimos el detalle de que uno de los aires acondicionados no funcionaba pero nos comunicamos con los administradores y se ofrecieron a mandar al técnico. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien!"

"Really nice place to stay , very close to all the tourist attractions. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Only a minor drawback is that their main reception is at their other hotel which is like only 2 mins away but just to note that the reception in this location is only for a limited time and not 24 hrs. Even then if you call them late at night they will try and take care of any requests. "

"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "
