"We prepaid for room but hotel insisted we had not paid despite showing them proof, even our credit card statement with the charge listed. It took over an hour at checkout to resolve this matter otherwise they would have charged our card for incidentals the entire room price again. Breakfast was terrible. We had to make up the beds for our children ourselves. The resort has many amenities and is walking distance to a tiny Town with a couple restaurants. Beautiful area."

"Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Wir waren auf der Durchreise 2 Nächte hier. Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant waren lecker und bieten eine gute Auswahl. Service und Mitarbeiter waren zuvorkommend und freundlich! Zu empfehlen!"

"Nice Hotel in quite location. Off road safe parking for motorcycles. Arrived early and room wasn't ready but told they would make it up next. Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff). Room had balcony and view to rear. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but a 5 minute walk up the road is a bar and restaurant with good food. Good stopping point if intending to ride the GrossGlockner High Road."
