We also highly recommend booking a local tour guide, either Chinese or English-speaking, as it truly saves time and enhances your exploration of Zhangjiajie. "The place is amazing! So beautiful and the staff is great! The food is farm to table , the food is really good. You can bake your own cookies and we had the best tea experience I have gone to tea houses in Japan and this lady , her tea which she makes herself is one of the best teas I ever tried. And I love tea. I will definitely vibe back if I have the opportunity. Spectacular views of the mountains and sunsets . Also you can walk around . I definitely recommended . "

"Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. "
