"the room i was in had a tv remote that you could only use it to change channels and nothing else so i had to get up to change volume and to turn it off and on. the phone that was in the room actually belonged to a different room. the front desk people were rarely at the front desk and when they were they were always on their personal phones playing games or on personal calls.
for the breakfast there wasn't options for breads other than white bread, blueberry muffins and the biscuits. Adding a wheat bread would be a nice option. "

"The bedsheets definitely were not clean. Behind the shower curtains had a previously used towel. The toilet had urine on the back of the seat. Had hairs along the shower walls. They literally went in and made the beds and called it good."
