"I booked thru hotels.com and they told me check-in was until 11pm. The hotel lobby was closed. I had to call in twice to figure out how to do a late check in but was at the property the process was easy and the office staff was very friendly even with it being late. The tv remote didn’t work and neither did the phone but the room was clean."

"My experience was horrible. I booked this hotel almost a week in advance to pay at the property. After a early morning flight and driving from the airport over 30 mi to this hotel. Just to find out that my reservation had been canceled. When I asked why the reservation was canceled, he told me because he tried to charge my card the day before and couldn't get the money so they canceled my reservation. However, that should have never been done because it was supposed to be a pay at the property hotel. The representative at the front of desk said they kept telling hotels.com that they would not honor that instead of just removing it from the website, they punish the customer by trying to charge their account before they even arrive at the hotel. I keep my card locked so the charge did not go through even though he wasn't supposed to charge it at all until I was at the hotel. In addition, the hotel was run down and it had a bunch of unsavory people there. I was tired and disappointed and had to find me a place to stay after the last minute because of this. False advertisement is never a good look for a business and it is disgusting for the customer after long travel. I feel that I deserve a credit for this ordeal. I had to drive almost 45 minutes to another hotel that was booked at last minute prices that I did not expect to have to pay because of the attitude and dishonesty of that hotel."

"Breakfast was hit or miss. Room was clean however some things were missing or broken(shampoo was broken off the shower component, lamp glass next to bed was missing, and air conditioner in bedroom was pretty loud). Over all it was a quiet place to stay with a little one away from the busy area of atlanta but close enough to areas of interest. "

"Love this hotel! Anytime my husband and I visit Atlanta we stay here. Our room and the facility is always clean and the front desk staff is so kind and friendly! 10/10 everytime!"

"Sugar ants were in the room. Not a huge deal, but not great. Ample parking but you have to pay $10 per night using a QR code. I don't mind paying for parking but the QR code was a pain. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Overall, we felt it was a very safe area."
