"This place is a diamond in the rough. I'm almost hesitant to leave a review so I don't give away the secret. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds aren't top notch but they are good. They could use fluffier pillows but that's not a deal breaker for me. The rooms are CLEAN and large and convenient to food and shops. "

"We always love staying at castaway Bay. A few disappointments this time. It seems they opened and closed a lot of the slides. We went to get ice cream on Saturday night and they were out of almost every topping. They said they were out of sprinkles but I saw a box there on the counter. I think they just didn't want to open the new box because it was the end of the evening. There's not a lot of other options so they should cater until the end of the day. "

In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful."
