"Parking is tight and a lot of work if you are not from here. Giovani met us in the parking lot and parked the car for me (glad he did). The room was up 3 floor and as expected no elevator. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful, newly renovated apartment in the perfect location in Tivoli. We had lots of helpful restaurant recommendations and greatly enjoyed Osteria Mom and the breakfast spot around the corner. Very comfortable, an ideal spot!"

"I really enjoyed staying at this property. It overlooks the outskirts of Rome and consists of a rebuilt old farm. The staff was super and breakfast great. I never did use their restaurant, but from what I hear that too would have been excellent. Recommend."
