"We had to change accommodation unexpectedly and this was only option with a private bathroom and aircon. We are not the target clientele for this place. The women working there were very lovely and helpful. The room was clean, had a working toilet and aircon. No hot water and we had to plead for enough loo roll and towels. "Marina Terrace (the restaurant) is beautiful for sunset and the couple running it, Kieran and Beth really make the place special. They are knowledgeable world travelers so we found kindred spirits. Kieran is an amazing chef who whipped up to die for risotto as good as we have had in Italy. They gave us great recommendations of where to go and what to do. This is an authentic local experience with few tourists. The town itself is very safe and close by there are some nice hikes and killer beaches...
