Perfect, would highly recommend and stay here again in a heartbeat. Location is A++++, Anne and her daughter are lovely hosts. The breakfast Anne made was 10/10, beds were comfy, bathrooms were good, shower pressure was good. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Anne was incredibly kind, the accommodation was clean and had everything you could need. The breakfast in the morning was super delicious and an added bonus to the stay. Great location, would definitely stay again, and would recommend to my friends heading to San Sebastian.

We really enjoyed our stay. Pension Anne was very conveniently located in the old town near all of the best pintxos spots. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were so welcoming, kind and made us a delicious breakfast each morning, catering to our tastes. The noise was not a problem for us and is expected as the apartment is located so central. Would definitely come back again! Gracias Andrea y Anne!

Pension Anne was fabulous! It is so centrally located, right in the heart of the old town, close to the bus stop if you want to visit anywhere else and within 5 min walk to Concha Beach. Anne and her daughter are the most loveliest people, kind and accommodating. Anne is vibrant and the breakfast she provides you is next level. She makes the best basque cheesecake. Her food was homecooked, and her potato frittata was better than anything I had eaten at the restaurants there. Although Anne speaks very little English, it is fun communicating with her and her daughter is very fluent and goes out of her way to make sure everything is OK. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

Pension Ann is run by the friendliest, most helpful host you could imagine. We were moved to a far superior room after the first night, with en suite. The homemade breakfast (yoghurt +fruit, potato tortilla, cheesecake, jamon) was out of this world. The location in old town is perfect for everything, but yes it’s very noisy outside. Bring earplugs, especially during festivals!! Highly recommend

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Anna was a wonderful host, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. She had incredible recommendations for food and beaches and bars. It was a pleasure to stay with her. I've seen a couple of reviews mention the noise - yes, it is a lively area but we slept very well! And the bars next door have some of the best bocadillo that we had all week!! Definitely recommend Pension Anna.

Anne is a joy and hysterical. She works very hard to ensure her guests are taken care of and understand the rules. It's a very small set of rooms on one floor so each room is very close and the sound travels easily. Now, this is a Pension so there are no amenities however, Anne makes breakfast for you with Jamon from her own family farm. Awesome, so good. Also, the freakin' water pressure is amazing, and for me that is a really big deal. Do note, some rooms are a 'shared bathroom', and some have their own bathroom...so be sure to know which you're booking. Good times with Anne!

The lady who runs this place is an angel, offered to do our laundry and made breakfast every morning. The location itself is very convenient and walking distance from all San Sebastian staples. Highly recommend!

Simple room but comfortable and in a great location. Anne and her daughter super helpful, happy to arrange a driver, provider local tips etc. unfortunately didn’t get to try their breakfast! Would happily stay there again
