"Súper bien ubicada, muy bonita la habitación, cómoda, cuenta con una pequeña nevera, permiten dejar sus maletas resguardadas después del check out, tiene parqueo propio con un costo, pero súper bien, la ubicación perfecta, con restaurantes abajo del hotel, muy cerca del Museo de las ciencias , en resumen recomendado!!!!"

"Excellent location in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and other shops. Host was kind, helpful and responsive. There is a pool and a gym in the properties that we did not get to use as we did not know how to access them — although was not a priority anyway but it would have been nice to have it described it on the general instructions provided. There are two thermostats that made it a bit confusing to use (maybe remove the old one?) and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working...

"The apartment was spotless, everything included for a short stay (e.g tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, kitchen roll and washing machine/dishwasher tablets). A bottle of water in the fridge on arrival would have been perfect. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket across the road. The terrace is the best feature with great views over the city."

From the moment we got there not a welcome, not a smile, no sense of conversation nor a genuine interest of where we were coming from or an attempt to connect with your guests. "Podría decir que mejor que un hotel 5 estrellas, el servicio y la calidad de las habitaciones hacen de este lugar que sea muy muy recomendable. El personal del hotel todo es muy atento y amable. En especial Yoani del buffet y Paco en la recepción , todos muy profesionales. No dudaría en volver a tomar ese apartotel."

"The apartment was very neat, spacious, has everything you would need to use as an apartment on checking in, me and my family were so happy seeing all the spacious wordropes and drawers,kitchen utensils complete, iron table and iron it self,we did not regret booking the apartment even though it was at the 14th floor, the lifts worked perfectly well throughout our stay ,we love everything about the apartment, I will recommend the apartment 101% to people visiting Marid."
