Excelente ubicacion con un excelente personal throughout the hotel. The only thing i didnt like was the fact that we have to pay $9.00 per day if we want it the apartment to be cleaned; it should be included in the price and it is up to the client to opt out on daily housekeeping or not. Other than that, great place to stay

Apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived, dirty, paint peeling off, roaches and mosquitoes infested, couches seemed like they were recovered from a dumpster they were soiled, dirty and had a bad odor, the beds old and hard and only two thin sheets in each bed fortunately I brought my own sheets, stove old, cupboards loose and covered with paper napkins, leaky and clogged showers a/c unit not working, shame for a place so unkept to be located in the most exclusive area of San Salvador, mind you I am Salvadoran, but I will not recommend nor will I stay at this place again, please stop offering this place in your website

El lugar por fuera es muy bonito pero los apartamentos por dentro están con olor a encerrado , polvo , los sofás están bien sucios solo les ponen una sábana para taparlos . El piso también sucio . Muebles de cocina viejos no en buenas condiciones polvo . Lo bueno la seguridad y vecindario tranquilo .

El lugar es excelente porque hay mucha privacidad. Hay pocos utensilios de cocina como por ejemplo solo un cuchillo, no hay tabla para partir el pan, jamon, chile, entre otros. Falta un palo pido para limpiar.

The washer and dryer were new, but they forgot to connect them properly. Then, they connected them, and there was a leaking. The property is near bars and live music pubs; the nocturnal noise kerps you up all night. You can hear music and screams too close. The phone line didn’t work ever. The staff tried to do their best, but the bad planning was around the corner.

The place is good the issue is the parking. My van was damaged while trying to park; even though the person in charge of the parking confirmed it will fit. If you go to this hotel, and you have a big van stay away from the sublevel. They made this for small cars only.

Pleasant and Peaceful Stay

I enjoyed my stay at the San Benito Flats. There is plenty of restaurants around the area. There is Campero blocks away. The only problem I had is that it does not have 24hr concierge. I arrived past 10pm which is the cutoff time to register. Nobody was there to register us so we missed a night. I would definitely stay again but I would make previous arrangements if my flight was delayed.

Beautiful apartment, pleasant stay!

Staying here was the best thing I could have done in this trip. It is located in a safe area which has access to two supermarkets, entertainment, restaurants & cafes! The apartment was comfortable and complete with all the things you would need at your own home, including kitchen items, washer and drier, plus daily cleaning service except on the Sundays. If you have the time you can climb to the top floor and enjoy the view from the terrace and a dip in the small pool. I stayed in the apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the beds were comfortable, there was air conditioning, hot and cold water, a little balcony too! I can't complain about anything, my stay even included free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I was given the wrong landline number to receive calls and quickly found out it was wrong when relatives tried to contact me from overseas, I called the office and I was given the correct phone number right there on the phone, apart from this I had no other issues. The only thing they could improve is to update their bedding sheets which are a little dated, but that is only a minor thing, overall I was extremely happy to stay here. I totally recommend these apartments for couples, families and even single persons who wish to stay in a nice, comfortable place.
