We really liked the view from our three-bedroom apartment and the location was great. The kids’ playing area was also very good, which was a big plus for our family. However, the property seriously needs a deep clean. Unfortunately, we found fresh blood stains on our bedsheets on the first night, which showed that the bedding had not been properly changed for new guests. The floor and the balcony were also very dirty. With better cleaning standards, this place could be much better

Room was mostly comfy. Sofa bed wasn't great for sleeping on, and looked dated. The carpet was stained, a drawn curtain was missing. Power outage overnight wasn't good enough to be honest, and no explanation was given, not were we asked if we had managed with no power or a/c. Over priced for what was on offer.

We enjoyed the stay being close to Phillip Island but our room was quite grotty and needs a good deep clean. There was mould in the bathrooms and cobwebs and spiders within the apartment itself. Additionally the door latch was broken and missing from our main entry door. Also note that this is not a serviced hotel apartment which was my oversight so any cleaning including towels and linen change is at an additional cost.

It was a great apartment. Had basic amenities with a kitchen and lounge with a balcony and outdoor setting. The staff communicated well and parking outside the apartment. Had a nice view over the water as well.

Good location and service. Big disadvantage is the multiple steps leading to the apartments. Really hard to haul heavy luggage up and down the stairs to the apartments.

Lovely for large family

We would definitely come back again and definitely would love the same place again as the view was so perfect lived the ocean view. So comfortable and very accommodating for a large family. Loved the indoor heated pool for winter and loved the restaurant and the staff where so friendly and lovely. Will definitely be back 😊

Fantastic resort with a great kids area, breakfast well priced, pool and spa is amazing. In room ammenities were great, and included pool towels. Dual balconies helped escape the wind chill in the morning and bed pillows were very comfortable!

Fantastic views from the room I stayed in. Great location. A really nice resort with friendly staff. The room furniture could use an upgrade, but everything was kept clean. The pool was nice and warm on Friday, but the water temperature dropped on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday — maybe the "pool boy" was away

Great getaway

Stayed in a resort room. Bed was extremely hard and lack of towels and shower gel. Breakfast buffet is an amazing experience such a great variety. Staff are all friendly and helpful.
