"There are not enough stars to rate this place. Mossimo is the best host ever!!!! He treated us so kindly and the breakfast was amazing!!!
He gave us ideas of places to go and people to stay.
Again I would give him all the stars and then some!!"

"Roberto and his wife were wonderful hosts who made our short stay here one of our favorites during a trip to Italy. The rooms were very nice with balcony, breakfast spread was delicious, and Roberto was very helpful at recommending places to visit and making dinner reservations for us. Would highly recommend staying here if you are going to the Valpolecella wine region."

"We had a excellent stay, Ivo the host was just amazing. Perfect view of the valpolicella valley. The only thing I recommend is renting a vehicle, we travelled by bus and we were limited to walking distance wineries."

"Værten vidste ikke at vi kom, vi fik en flaske vand, blev lukket ind og så kørte værten et time, hvorefter vi blev tjekket ind og kunne købe drikkevarer. Der var fest med DJ lige neden for visuelt det meste af natten, vi følte at vi var i vejen, maden var ok og tjeneren engageret. Kunne have været et rigtigt hyggeligt ophold, men værten var uforberedt, arrogant og ufleksibel. Bliv væk, der er ikke langt til Verona. "

"A fabulous boutique hotel in a great location within Verona old town. Literally 10 mins walk or less from most of the great sights and with so many restaurants, cages and great retail close by. Highly recommended."

"Fantastic location to Giulietta's balcony and Arena di Verona. Giuseppe and the staff were available for an early check-in and very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly! Extremely professional and gracious and empathetic host! It felt like the best corner of Centro Storico - Just minutes from Bra + Arena + fabulous pedestrian street and shopping! "The place is amazing, super clean, the decoration is beautiful, the breakfast goodies were great as well.
I wish we could’ve arrive earlier to enjoy the place a bit more."

"A lovely hotel , with very friendly staff. It is situated in the industrial part of Verona. 13€ from verona punto novrastation and 25€ from the airport."
"This was a small quirky hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Pool area always had ample sun beds. A little bit far out but the hourly shuttle to Verona certainly helped this.
We never ate an evening meal in the hotel as we were out every night. The breakfast was a big let down…… very basic but the most annoying thing about it was you had to pay if you wanted anything from the à la carte menu….even if it was a basic omelette!!!
We’ve never had to pay 1p more for any items of breakfast and stayed at so many 5 star hotels.
This in my opinion really lets the hotel down.
Scrambled eggs of a fashion were available in the hotel dishes but looked far from fresh.
This may appear to be a minor point but to us it let this rather “different” hotel down.
The grounds are beautiful though"
"The Hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff, food. Cleanliness, pool. Nicely located, although we did have a car, we could also walk to Portese. Would recommend and would return again."
"Lovely, traditional family ran Hotel, with a perfect location within Sirmione. Just a couple of minutes walk from the busy center, it is close enough, yet set back so quiet with lake side access.
Would love to go back to Lake Garda, and Sirmione would most likely be where we went, and if we did- Then Hotel Serenella would definitely be where i would want to stay"
