"This property is perfectly located in the center of Pistoia and offers anything you need. Rooms are nice and of decent size considering the location. There is underground parking 3 blocks away if you let them know in advance. Staff communicated via Whastapp two days in advance to coordinate check in, share front door codes, and parking instructions. I recommend this place! "

"Stayed at The Eden Hotel for 5 nights in Oct 2025. Great Hotel and would recommend. We were 2 persons and chose this hotel due to the breakfast photos, roof terrace and location. The breakfast was included in the room rate (for us) and included scrambled eggs, cook yourself boiled eggs, fruit, croissants, cake, bread, breakfast cereals, hams, cheese, yoghurt, bacon, help your self filter coffee, made or order cappuchino, English Breakfast Tea (other flavours available) and probably other...

"What a charming place. I just loved it! It is a dream! Lots of green areas, parking is a plus, the place is ancient, but is very well kept! The outside is so charming. The room was like... going back in time! So charming! The room had air conditioning, and the bathroom is great, quite new. Staff is extremely friendly. We had dinner there one night and food is fantastic. Their Chianti wine is so good! And the best was when I was leaving and Signore Antonio spend some precious minutes chatting...

"I have been traveling in Europe on business for over 30 years. This is one of the most comfortable and clean places I have ever stayed. It is very noce and in a great location. Staff was very helpful. Extremely clean. "

"Hotel had wonderful rooms with balcony (superior dubbelroom) and sea view. Placement very good near seapromenade and shopping. Service at the hotell breakfast very unattended though,also reception felt a bit uninterested. This was our second time at this hotel and breakfast service as bad both times. Lovely aroundings made it good anyway. Nice room too."

"Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Anlage sehr aufgeräumt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und auch beim Frühstück alles perfekt. Parkfläche auch für etwas größer Transporter geräumig. Sehr gutes WLAN, alles in allem kann ich es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. September 2025 Frank "
