"We had a wonderful stay. It all starts with a welcoming drink when you get to the hôtel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We even got them to organize a picnique for us in the hotel park. It wasn’t too far from Florence so we could spend the day there. The food was good and we enjoyed every night a few drinks at the bar. "This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. The location is great - convenient to the center of town, as well as shopping and restaurants. We come to Montecatini once or twice a year so I hope we can stay here again."

"Our room was large with a very comfortable king bed. The outside terrace and lounge provided us with the ideal space for some quiet enjoyment. The buffet breakfast choices were most enjoyable. "The hotel is located well in the old city. I had lunch and breakfast outside on the sidewalk near the carousel. The food was excellent and the service superb. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the location. My room was in the interior and I only saw a staircase. I should have asked for a different room. "Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Hotel is lovated about 10 minute walk from the wall and about 15 from vity centre. Room was bit outdated but very clean. Only minus i have is the noise, we had a room in the third floor near the elevator and i kept waking up because the noise from the hallway. Earplugs must! Very good breakfast and good overall experience!"
