The costumer service was great. The room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. My only little problem was that I wasn't able to cancel 1 night out of my 2 night stay. I was told I had to get in contact with Expedia and vice versa. But other than that everything else was great.

Very convenient to malls and restaurants. Didn’t like the lobby was very hot and the morning breakfast was in the lobby and again, very hot and uncomfortable. Also, in the bathroom, an Asian gecko kept me company during my two night stay. Harmless little creature but nonetheless distracting when you were showering or using the toilet.
