"When we arrived at the apartment and called the host he said there was an issue with the current apartment and there was another that he was going to send us to. I had read a previous review with the same situation and it just felt like it was a scam.we didn't feel safe going to another location.the host wasn't willing to work with us to help us get a refund. Please be careful when booking here."

"Muy chico la agitación"

"We were a party of 25 with 4 rooms and a suite. . One of the days the they were without water throughout the entire hotel. One of the rooms the A/C unit was leaking water onto the bed. We had to let the front desks to go clean the rooms as they hadn’t been cleans since had gotten there. The staff at the breakfast area were terrible. We asked for coffee and took too long to serve us , we asked for refilles and they took too long. After out coffee we told them we were ready to order and they took too long to take our our deed. Then too too it off we finished eating some of the drinks or food we ordered never came to us. At checkout we spoke to who said was the manager about our experience and how in happy we were . All he said he may do was to take down our information to give it to he’s higher up and see what he may discount us for the bad experience we had. I know darn well he they won’t be doing anything about it now that we’ve checked out . Never again will be back to Tesoro Brach!"
