The hotel was clean and had everything I could need. What made the trip even better was Jack’s Poolside Bar had great food and breakfast every morning and Herbert made you feel like family. It was a wonderful trip and I will be back to visit soon.

We had a great time. The breakfast Wes awesome. They said continental but it was way better. Eggs bacon different toasts great service. We loved the place. There was 4 of us and we would all go back

Anniversary trip that was everything!!

The staff from reception to security were super friendly. The breakfast was made to order, fresh and delicious. The location is perfect. Its close to the ferry port and all the tasty restaurants. Theres even a little store to buy water and a few groceries for the full kitchen in our room. Our balcony looked over the pools on the property. We can see the planes go by as we werent far from Tropic Air airport. Will definitey stay here again.

Everything on the resort was very clean and taken care of. The pool bar/restaurant is closed. The hotel is right behind the runway strip for tropic air. Planes depart at 630AM so that was annoying.

I really appreciated the helpful staff and layout and amenities of the property. I was not impressed with the location basically adjacent to the runway of the airport. And the lack of signage and directions to the property.

The girls at the from office were so nice and helpful. They let our group of eight people leave all of our bags while we waited a couple hours to check in. The room is immaculate and the a/c didn't quit. The remote for the fan didn't have batteries so we couldn't turn the fan down and maintenance had left before we noticed. All in all it was a great experience.

At check-in we were given a room right next to very loud ongoing construction on a new building at the hotel. The hotel was not full as our stay was in the off season. There were many other rooms available. After not getting a straight answer on the hours of construction activity, we were finally given another room in a very quiet area. The new room was excellent. The rooms were modern and very clean. The hotel location is not really convenient. You must rent a golf cart if staying there.

The place was clean and comfotable with good amenities. The only thing that didn't make it perfect is they contacted me for the possibility of an early check-in the week before. When we arrived we had to wait 2 hours to actually check in. Then they mentioned the possibility of late check out but needed the room. it was a busy weekend and understandable but maybe they shouldn't over promise at the risk of underdelivering. I still plan to stay at Grandbaymen on my next trip and would recommend it with the knowledge that the early check in and late out process might not be possible even if offered beforehand.
