Limited activities around the property. An the food was average.

Good location. Rooms need maintenance, insects inside the room. Bed was filled with ants. doors are not aligned so animals get in. . No bed sheets, no pillow cases. Staff didn’t clean table outside the room, leftovers stayed overnight.

This was a very quiet and naturalistic place. The views are impeccable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It rained while we were there so we couldn’t enjoy the fire pit if you are looking for a little escape and to be in touch with nature this is good place. Be advised things close by 7:30 pm there.

The property was well maintained and felt safe with my wife there. The AC worked well. The beds were soft and got plenty of sleep. The only thing I did not like was the many stray cats that were in the property

The room was larger than expected. Since it was a Monday that we checked in, it was very quiet and felt like we had the place to ourselves (although there were others that rented out other rooms). Whenever we wanted to use the slide, they would turn it on for us. Room was nice and clean and spacious.

It was my mistake not checking the reviews. How ever hotel its supposed to be affiliated with 5start trópico inn in San Miguel. I thought was going to be good but it wasn’t.

We were staying for 1 night and did not like the front desk service which never provided towels for our complete group. The room only had 3 when we were 5. We requested them but never received them, the front desk guy was not helpful at all or interested in our concern. We also did not like the amount of trash you find in common areas that caused so many flies as early as breakfast.
