"The property location is fabulous, right across from the downtown square. The room was clean and nice.
We did not like how many added fees there were that were not included in the rate online. $20 per night to park; $40 fee per day that covered access to a gym off site, internet and a free water bottle in the room that turned out to cost $4 at checkout. And. . . our internet never worked despite a wonderful guy named Michael who came and spent about an hour in our room with an IT guy on the...

"What a splendid hotel!!! Gorgeous historic property with all the latest amenities. Every room is beautifully decorated, as is the lobby. Our room had a lovely private area on the patio. Staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. Location is terrific - within walking distance to a variety of dining experiences. Wish we had stayed more than one night. Highly recommended!!!!!!!"

"I've stayed here twice, and both times have had staffing issues. Once I came to check in, and no one was at the front desk...and no one came, for a VERY long time. I had to ask the restaurant staff if anyone would come. Eventually they did, but standing in a lobby hot and tired and on a timeline is not fun. I also ate at the restaurant both times, and they only seem to have one waitress. Again, waiting and waiting. What should've been a simple dinner turned into a 2 1/2 hour exercise in patience...
