This is a beautiful, well appointed property, but that didn't make up for pests in the kitchen and the lack of response when I messaged the property manager about the issue. I made a point of reserving a place with a kitchen to cook for myself and I did not feel comfortable using the kitchen at all. "

"We had such an amazing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and the rooftop was definitely a highlight; we loved spending time up there. The location is perfect and made it so easy to get around. "The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....

"Easy to communicate with staff via WhatsApp and immediate response. We had a warm water failure that we reported and had already maintenance onsite 15 minutes later. The rooms and bathrooms had a very high standard and were clean and well taken care of. We definitely recommend families or group of friends to rent this wonderful house, with perfect location in San Miguel. "
