Excelente ubicación e instalaciones
Ideal para estadías cortas o largas, en familia o con amigos. A pasos del centro de San Martín, barrio seguro y una muy grata atención por parte de la Administración. Las camas son muy buenas y el ambiente muy tranquilo, lo que te permite un reponedor descanso.

Best Location and Value in San Martin de Los Andes
What a diamond in the rough! El Patio is very unassuming, yet very clean, comfortable, convenient and a great value for those who need a kitchen to prepare their own meals. The studio has ample space for 3 people, a small bathroom with hooks and shelves to put towels and toiletries, a small, efficient kitchen with all the amenities, and a spacious bedroom with 100% cotton sheets, nice pillows, and plenty of closets and drawers for an extended stay. The staff are very friendly, helpful and environmentally conscious with compost and recycling bins available for guest use. The location couldn't be better - close to everything in San Martin!

Muy bueno el lugar, comodo, amplio y en pleno centro de San Martin, y con la tramquilidad que da la calle Villegas. Excelente!!!! Y la atencion de Pablo, el administrador muy buena tambien. Volvere!

appartement vraiment très bien et situés en plein centre ville mais comme ils donnent sur une cour intérieure on est au calme !!!

hotel super pour famille
j etais seul et me suis retrouve dans un apart de 100 metres carres ;je ne m attendais pas a ca;j etais perdu;sur 2 etages,cuisine chambre en bas et 2 autres chambres en haut avec salle de bain;tres bien pour venir l hiver en famille pour skier

Great place!
Just what we needed. The place was spacious, we had a full kitchen, big dining table. Just a block from lots of restaurants and 5 blocks from the bus station. Pablo was super nice and helpful. Would definitely go back
