"Beautiful apartment- very spacious! The front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful. 10 minutes walk to the beach- you can see the airport on your walk which was super cool for our kids and we saw airplanes taking off and landing. Super fun! The beds were comfortable- all was clean and nice. Rent a buggy and drive around the island and explore. The best thing you can do."

"The reality is that the place is nothing like it looks in the photos . We arrived at 3:45 PM, as check-in was at 3 PM like everywhere else, but it wasn't available yet because they were "cleaning"—that wasn't the problem. The problem was that the place still smelled terrible, like an old, dirty mop. The place was filthy, the beds smelled of sweat, the walls were stained, the curtains were torn, the towels smelled musty—in short, very disappointing. "This place is a scam, no less. I’ve been booking with hotels.com for many years and I never had to experience something this terrible. It looks good and clean from the pictures online but don’t let this fool you. As soon as we got in there was awful smell. The place wasn’t clean at all, rust on the shower handles, hair everywhere in the bathroom, needless to say they didn’t clean after the last visit. The main bed was so hard I think sleeping on the floor with a blanket would have been better so...
