"Our family of 6 stayed for a long weekend, having 3 separate rooms. We loved the fact that the hotel had it's own restaurant, which made our first night there very convenient to grab dinner after a long day of driving. The outdoor "play area" was great! We had the whole area to ourselves while enjoying afternoon Sunday football on the outside tv and playing the games that were there. Jenga was a huge hit! We even ended up picking up dinner, bringing it back and eating outside. We did have an issue with one of the room's keys not working. The inconvenience continued to our 2nd day/night as well, before finally getting fixed for the remainder of our stay. Because of the hassle, we were credited (not charged) for our parking fee which was very nice. All in all, we all had a great time in SLO and our stay at The Wayfarer."

"The hotel was extremely clean and appeared to be newly refurbished. The bathrooms were shockingly clean and well kept. The AC was very powerful and the rooms were comfortable. The ice machine was a god-send since it was extremely hot in the area. I would definitely stay again!"
