Arrived to a room with no AC, no windows. It was so hot other guests had their doors open and were actually sitting outside. The staff was totally unsympathetic and REFUSED to refund the night because they said we were in the room more than 20 minutes after we checked in. Ridiculous! Do not use this motel6.

The room smelled so much of cigarettes and pot, it was almost unbearable. Burn marks all over floor and shower. Shower was tiny. Room had clearly been broken into at some point, on the door where the bolt lock is was completely dented in. However, probably the best pillows I have had in a hotel in a long time.

Good enough for sleep and shower!!!!

The service was great easy check in friendly staff. The room however was the handicapp room which we were ok with taking, bed was very uncomfortable, sink was clogged , the shower holder was broken water went from the shower area all to the whole restroom. It worked for 1 night to sleep and shower!!!

ALTHOUGH IT IS CLOSE TO THE FREEWAY IT IS VERY PEACEFUL , STORES ARE CLOSE BY AND ARE DEFINETLY WALKABLE , HAS A 24HOUR STORE ACROSS THEE STREET PRETTY PERFECT!

The night clerk was rude and spiteful. He couldn't find the reservation, gave us the wrong room, wouldn't put our two rooms together telling us 3 people had checked in...but it was midnight and MAYBE 1 person came in. But no one had the adjacent rooms the whole time we were there. THEN tried to blame us for everything! (The day clerk was nice.) The hotel looked like it had been through a war. Water was backward...to turn it off, it had to turned past the scalding hot water. The a/c was barely adequate. The location was the ONLY redeeming quality.

I told the GIRL at the front desk my room had cockroaches (I wasn't even there and hour)I wasn't going to stay in a filthy room and she refused to give me back my money back or try to compensate me in any way. I had asked to speak to the manager and she refused to try to contact her or give the the contact information. Please remove this motel from your website because it's infested with bugs and you are going to get bad reviews from people who aren't happy with their stays there. Also the mattress was filthy down near where the streets cover it. It looks like a bed bug infestation but I wasn't there long enough to sleep.

When we arrived the room floor was clearly not even swept. The furniture was in trrrible condition, falling apart, burn marks, stains, holes in curtain etc. Staff was friendly.

Hotel stay.

Well there was a cockroach we found in the room and the floor by the door had dirt. There is no water pressure in the shower and no shampoo. Call and got some shampoo.

Stayed 30 minutes and then left. Dirt washcloths on the shower and bathroom floors. Sink had old soap and toothpaste residue. Hair on counters and bed linen.

Ashley was amazing.

Toilet only had one bolt! Ashley did come to fix it promptly. Burned out light bulb. Ashley fixed it promptly. Missing trash cans. Ashley brought to us promptly. Dirty towels. Location was convenient to our event.
