"J'ai fait une réservation pour 3 personnes et dans la chambre il y a qu'un lit double et on nous a demande de payer 17 euros (1000 php) par nuit pour avoir un matelas par terre. Je demande donc le remboursement de ce que je paye en plus car ma réservation était bien pour 3 adultes. Je n'arrive pas ..."
