Room was nice and spacious. Did not have all the basic small essentials like most rooms but that was no big deal. Everything was in walking distance. The beach was accessible and the neighborhood was really safe.

We stayed in mar del Norte 3 which is around the corner from the original location. Room #1 had a massive kitchen, living room, dining room. Small full size bed and bath. (Paid for a king) Gated. Close to tennis court. Staff was nice. Beach and food across the pedestrian bridge a few blocks over. Cute shared patio with jacuzzi out back. Lots of windows in kitchen that look directly to the patio

Room 1 is the best! The host is such an amazing and kind person. I am going to recommend this place to EVERYONE I know. The place is so spacious. House keeping is super kind. I definitely plan to come back!!!

The apartment was not in the location shown online. The sofa was not up to standard. Access to room required carrying your luggage up a flight of steps. Make sure you’re physically able.

Very small unit (room#3) with a good closet. The king-size bed takes all the space in the room which is minimally equipped and needs update. I always check the bedsheets first upon arrival. That day the sheets were not removed and laundered after the previous guests. I found few body hair, lots of sand and blood stains on the fitted sheet and the pillow cases as well (red, not brown spots which indicates not cleaning process). I communicated with the host via text message before arrival, so I sent the pics and let her know. She is extremely responsive, apologized and told me that someone will take care of it (cleaning stuff was still at the premises). We left for a walk, she texted that it is done, and upon return (more than an hour later), the bed was made. I checked again, same hair and same blood spots still there, less sand. Texted again, so the hosts came immediately, bringing clean sheets, they changed it by themselves and apologized again. I appreciate the fast response to fix the issue. The bathroom seemed ok regarding the cleanliness, but hard to tell, the tiles are brownish colored. We only stayed for a night, this place is unpleasant, only good if you just need a place to sleep and shower, close to the airport. Isla Verde is walking distance, so the location is good. The outdoor space looks much nicer, which may attract the people for booking the room. I think this unit is overpriced for the current conditions.

Clean and well kept. Two areas for improvement - stock fridge with bottled water and a new shower head to allow for adjustment to spray pattern - water pressure is outstanding.

Had a problem with our first room called the front they were gracious and corrected everything within 2 minutes. Amazing service not quite used to the area so a few things we didn't understand. The only suggestion I would have made was a information card inside the room about how the hot water works. But they upgraded us when our first room was a problem and they were extremely helpful friendly definitely worth booking again
