If you can go somewhere else, do it. Nobody works here. You are SOL if you need help. Our door was jammed multiple times and we couldn't get in. The parking lot is TINY & a huge liability if you're renting your car. They charged me hundreds extra when I paid for parking and an early check in. You can't get in touch with anybody. Don't waste your time here. Get a real hotel

Very clean hotel, friendly staff who went out of their way to help, the AC worked well, and the area was conveniently located near the arts district and Condado Beach. I would definitely recommend especially to solo travelers
