"Very nice, clean and safe hotel. One of the few options in Bayamon and therefore very convenient. The breakfast is definitely a plus, although eating options are conveniently located nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their staff is where this facility shines above many others. They were, without exception, helpful, cheerful and eager to be of assistance."

"Room clean, some imperfections. Shower water doesn’t really get hot. More on the warm side. Didn’t have an iron but a steamer instead. Other than that, it was a cool place to stay at. In the mix of everything"

"I called two days before my trip but was unable to reach anyone by phone. The pictures of the room online did not accurately reflect the actual room, and the restaurant was closed. The room was not as clean as expected, and there were not enough towels or toilet paper provided. Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell short of expectations. No parking or area to drop off luggage.Based on this stay, I would not be eager to return or recommend this property to others."

"The hotel has a great location, with everything nearby and the airport only about 10–13 minutes away. However, the rooms could use some improvements, and the amenities could be better. When we arrived, the rooms had a musty smell, but the issue was later resolved. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests."

"Excellent spot. When people seek something walkable in a historic city, this is what they mean. Very safe, very well-attended (24 hour desk attendant), amenities VERY helpful (beach towel rental, free drinks at their bar, etc.). Rooftop is cool (I initially thought it was a rooftop BAR, but this is not the case, just a sitting area FYI, but you can take a drink or two up there). Staff is quite knowledgeable about the area and city so even if you don't have a plan, they can help you formulate...
