"Had an amazing family vacation at this hotel. Unless you are planning on staying at the hotel, I would definitely recommend renting a car to get around. The hotel enterance itself is long, therefore walking can take a while. The drive from San Juan airport is about 35min, El Yunque is about 17min drive, Old San Juan was about 45 min drive. There are several restaurants in the area thats about 15min drive. The staff was very friendly, accomodating and welcoming. If you are traveling during the beginning of the week and not staying the weekend, there is not much night life at the hotel. We were told during the weekend they have a life band in the main lobby area. Food at the restaurant licated on the hotel premises was good but can get pricey. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this hotel. "

"5th time here.. love it convenient to the airport . Walkable area with plenty of restaurant choices a short taxi ride to old San Juan for even more dining choices and sightseeing.. the beach is right there at the back of the property it's very convenient bodega ,pharmacy fast food across the street . Beach is very clean and beautiful property has always been nice every year we've been there."

"Only main complaint I had was with house keeping...we booked for 4 people in a room and they would only bring towel sets for 3 people. So we had to call every day for additional and it would take multiple calls to get them to bring them."
