The in room massage was amazing. The property had many surprising areas to spend time in the sun (pools, hammocks, hot tubs and more). Be prepared to coexist with beautiful exotic birds onsite. Communication at all hours via WhatsApp was very helpful. Would definitely return noting that though walkable to so much in town, the walk isn’t for everyone. The shortest path we took each day is local and unpaved. Recommended for adventurers. Taxis and personal drivers are all cash only so be prepared.

This Hotel was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 small children. It was perfectly located close to everything but not too close where it can be noisy. It has a beautiful view of the city of San Juan del Sur with amazing sunsets!

The place was beautiful and in the right location to over see the entire Bay Area. The reason for a few 4/5 stars is that the upstairs unit was flooding water into our unit. It was pouring a lot onto our kitchen area.

I recently stayed at this fantastic 2-bedroom apartment and couldn't be happier. Each bedroom had its own TV, and the common areas were air-conditioned. All appliances were new and in excellent condition. The view from the room was stunning, and the small pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. Overall, a comfortable and luxurious stay. Highly recommended!

The property is absolutely beautiful! The only feedback I'll give is that they need to add some umbrellas and some fans to their main pool area. The sun was burning us, and it was unfortunate that there were no umbrellas to help or even fans in the area. Also, something that we didn't know until we checked in is that you have a limit of electricity per day you can use. If you exceed that, you will be charged. Besides those two things, our stay was amazing; the staff was super friendly and flexible when checking in early and checking out late since it was a low season when we went.

They should include breakfast. Many other surrounding locations offered this amenity. Other than that our stay was great and we’ll be coming back.

Property was in excellent condition. Only feedback was that there was no restaurant on the property and they do not seem to cater to larger families (greater than 4 people).
