The entire property was clean but unfortunately the pool was very slippery that I almost fell when entering. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We needed to do laundry and they allowed us to use their laundry facility. The view from the hotel was beautiful and breathtaking. The breakfast was very delicious everyday. Don Gonzalo was very kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the El Mirador. The staff is nice and helpful. They go out of there way to help and provide assistance. The owner is kind, friendly and works hard. Breakfast is good, coffee is hot and fresh. We stayed in one night and had a nice dinner on site at the pool side, lots of dinner choices. The views are spectacular and the grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Lot's to see in and around Ometepe. We would go back anytime!
