Always attentive to my needs while eating at the breakfast buffet or when I was at the bar. A simple glance around to look for staff I felt they saw me before I could find them. "The hotel room is clean and decent size. Staff are really nice. The hotel is near SM aura but the residential view is an eyesore. Thei hotel is walking distance to Market Market and Bonifacio High Street. Their elevator is just so slow. Checkin process is slow as well. But all In all it’s a good place to stay"

"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around.
