"The front desk staff was not very friendly when we checked in. We were not inform that we need to request for daily housekeeping. So when we get back to hotel late last night the room was still a mess and I need to call to ask for clean towels to use. All the towels are old and harsh… some new towels would have been nice."

"Cleanliness, staff, amenities were all on point. A pleasant surprise was the multi-use path that ran through the property out into the bay and the cool beach cruiser bikes the hotel made accessible to guests. It was very nice to step away or in my case, roll away from traffic and commerce for a peaceful excursion. To be clear, not the kind of excursion where you bomb another country."

"Dinah’s was a spot I use to hit up for brunch with my dog park gang-two decades ago. I decided to stay at the hotel for old time’s sake on a quick trip to Palo Alto. Although the property is now run by the daughter of the original owners, she has kept the spirit of Dinah’s in all the right ways. The nostalgia is there in spades—so much beautiful artwork from her parent’s global travels; but also bright modern artwork and tile in the restaurant that today’s market appreciates. Wifi was great and strong-yay! The staff was understated and hospitable in all the right ways. I truly look forward to returning to this relaxing and nostalgic setting."
