"We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....

"Great hotel, nice breakfast included, beautiful premises and clean room. Convenient location for quick airport commute, but very noisy as the airplane takeoff takes place right over the hotel."

"A great stay for a family of 5 in the kitchen suite, we made a home cooked dinner and it had everything we needed. The pool was perfect to cool off in and we even did a load of laundry with their complimentary machines. Thank you Homewood Suites and staff, it was a great stay!"

"This was our second time staying here and we love this place! Staff is very helpful, and made the effort to communicate with us, using our very limited Spanish. Trees and flowers are beautiful here. Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. "Gorgeous and unique property close to the Poas Nacional Park. The views were breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed in the Junior Dome and had a relaxing and zen like stay. The property was very cute and quiet in June. There was a nearby dog barking nonstop from a neighbor but not much you can do about that."

"I enjoyed the fire pit and the jacuzzi, just a little bothered with the hot water going out and we had to use cold water. The farm animals were lovely especial the baby donkey"

We were so spoiled and it was so beautiful, we never wanted to leave. Except maybe to try their sister resort, The Springs. We even met the owner, who happened to be in town, and he was delightful. Definitely coming back and letting everyone know this is the place to find peace and luxury in Costa Rica."

"Great staff always outgoing and helpful. Beautiful place to stay. Got executive suite w Mountain View, but the view was mostly blocked. Didn’t care for the tuna at Bar 10. Besides that perfect!"

"They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It was the perfect place to relax while still being close to the airport. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of my favorite parts was waking up every morning to fresh coffee from the farm. If you’re looking for a unique place to stay in Costa Rica with beautiful views, quiet, great coffee, and excellent service, this is the place. We would happily stay here...
