Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Hotel close no phone working.

We arrived at the hotel, and it was closed! And look like closed for a while, (see images), none of the phone numbers, that I found with great difficulty where working....! So we had to take a way longer and more expensive taxi ride to find another (more expensive) hotel after more than 24 hours of trip with my wife and my daughter! As the taxi said this hotel might be a scam... Please look into it, and let me know when reimbursement is done. I raised a claim via my cell phone app on that same night (sat 5th) but had no response or confirmation... Please help. Thank you.
