"a suprising find..very welcoming, clean and comfy. there is 24 hour coffee, so even if you have an early flight, it is there.
The room was quite spacious and updated. They seem to have an arrangement with Uber for shuttle services to/from the airport, but it only takes about 5 minutes after you ask for a shuttle for them to show up. "

"Upon arrival to my room, I noticed the door was cracked open and a man was inside. I assume he was apart of housekeeping but he didn’t clarify. So that was weird!
My room floor needed vacuuming, which I did report to the front desk, along with the man in my room, but nothing was resolved by them. I didn’t have internet access in the television, which I did report. They provided free breakfast, but it was never resolved.
The room felt older than described in the website. Spent time at the pool, but didn’t go in since it looked dirty.
I love the area for the shopping and restaurant options, but for the price of the rooms, I’m still undecided if it’s worth it for next time. I will be spending lots more time in San Jose since my niece attends Santa Clara and may have to look for another hotel."

"Great meeting facilities, quiet ( no low-flying planes ) and friendly staff. Our room was a bit dated, but otherwise very comfortable and conveniently located. Would stay here again."

"Our waiter this morning was amazing, Location was across the street from where we needed to be. Those are my positives. Lost power early this am which caused this crazy beeping sound waking us up. Front desk didn’t seem to care one bit. And now what I will always mark a hotel down on NO Freaking HOT water in shower. After a freezing concert outside all I wanted was to take a hot bath(I know I’m strange I use bathtubs in hotels) no hot water like barely luke warm. Tried again this am to shower and same thing. So took a cold shower. No one else in our room shower before our long drive home. Very disappointed for 300 dollars a night you would think you would get Hot water"
