"I stay at Hilton hotels almost every time across the US and I don’t recall ever leaving a bad review. Check in staff not helpful at all. Room was newly renovated and clean, but the door lock didn’t work. Had to swipe the card 6 or 7 times for it to open every time. There are 2 small lights in the room. Very dark. AC was noisy and although the fixtures were new, all the sockets and switches were loose. New covers over old. When you have a shower - there is no door and there lip is only about...

"We stayed here for one night after arriving, and it was exactly what we needed. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast the next morning was excellent, but the highlight was the breakfast staff—they were absolutely wonderful with our kids, playing with them and even making balloon animals. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our family's stay extra special. We'd happily stay here again!"
