"Hotel is old and run down. Room had a smell to it. Very loud, but to be expected. Bathroom has seen better days. Tub was all cracked and discolored. Pillows on bed are half the size of an average pillow like they were for children. Why? Will not stay here again. Towels were old and some stains. Very gross."

"We booked 3 rooms for 6 adults just for one night at the Hyatt over the weekend. Overall, wonderful experience. Great location. The hotel looks very new or newly renovated. The rooms were clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint we have was that the breakfast food wasn't good. Scrambled eggs, sausages, and breadsticks were all over cooked or tasted weird. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect. "

"The room was a generous size and the bedding was comfortable. The shower was hot and there were plenty of towels. The pool area was nice and the open air atrium was inviting. We appreciated the ample continental breakfast and the convenient location near the airport and not far from restaurants. It was a great place to end our vacation."
