"10/10 stay! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout. The property was easy to find, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I only stayed one night, but I already wish it had been longer! The cherry on top was the complimentary snack basket—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. "Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze...

"This hotel has been around since 1988 but it has maintained a high level of excellence. In fact, the age of the hotel gives it more pizazz than many of the newer once. The rooms look out on the lake or over the pool. The restaurant is very pleasant with excellent servers and the food is very good with a good menu selection. The bar is also worthy of note. Breakfast was included and was one of the best I have had in Guatemala."
