"It was our first time stay at this hotel my boyfriend went to take a shower and the shower was full of hairs on the wall on the floor I don’t think the house keeper even touch the shower I called front desk. They said they were going to try to get someone to clean but of course it was after 5pm so basically nothing was done they said there was not another room to put us in so I had to clean the shower my self. So next time when I check in at 4pm I will be checking. Shower for cleanliness"

"It was a pleasant stay. My only call out was for a hotel being less than 2 yrs old it looked rundown already. Also if they have pool rules they need to I force them! Walking into the pool area and seeing 90% of the chairs with personal belonging and the pool being empty, why pay for resort fees, when you can’t take advantage of them. #Heads-up"

"The pictures looks nice but the property itself was okay. Rooms was updated and clean but had a window AC unit which we have not booked if I would have known that, it was a little noisy. The outdoor pool area was okay, the pool water was not very clean, while it was not that busy, only 5-6 couples including us were in the pool. We stayed one night and tried to make the best out of it. Overall I would rate 2,5 shy 3. The front desk staff was friendly."
