"Room was tiny but clean. Mattress however was very old, saggy, uncomfortable and I think it had bed bugs. As soon as I lay down wherever my skin touched the mattress I could feel bugs biting me. They were not in the room, they were clearly from the mattress. It was so bad I had to try and put anything between me and the mattress, and felt itchy and crawly. "We absolutely loved our stay at Seren! As soon as we got there they showed us to our tent and it was so nice and cool inside. The ac worked great the whole time we were there. The bathroom accommodations were very clean and the pool was so nice to cool off in. We had breakfast there in the mornings and the fruit was great!
