Comfortable room, good hosts, accessible hotel

Very accommodating hosts / staff. Walking distance to the Padre Pio shrine. Spacious and comfortable room for 3 people, and good breakfast. Free shuttle to and from the Padre Pio shrine.

Good location

Very good hotel, spacious room and modern bathroom. I arrived after 11 pm, and there was no problem checking in. If you like continental bufet breakfast with choices and good coffee, this hotel is NOT for you. Location is very good, but it is a bit demanding uphill walk to Padre Pio.

Good for 1-2 nights. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Air conditioning was good. Beds comfortable. Shower was nice size. Italian breakfast with freshly baked cornetti and packaged treats. They offered a shuttle to the sanctuary which was convenient. Only a 6 minute walk back ( all downhill going back-all uphill going there. ) free parking on premises that are a few steps from main entrance. Best pizzeria called Queen Margarita only 200 meters away! Great recommendation by the hotel!

Excellent property run by an amazing family!! They made us feel welcome from start to finish and dinner was exceptional. We came last minute as our other hotel in a different town did not work out….would be back again in a heart beat!!!!

Some of the people are friendly and others not. But overall is a good hotel and very convenient. They came and picked us up from the bus station at san Giovanni and also the took us back to the bus station this morning

The place is close to Padre Pio Chapel. The free shuttle service was greatly helpful especially for our elderly since going to the chapel is uphill. It's a family-owned place. Breakfast was just okay. It would be great if there were hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Wifi was not strong in our room. .

Onestamente non la ritengo una struttura da 4 stelle, perché gli mancano diversi requisiti, la colazione assolutamente insufficiente nella scelta e nei servizi, la Cosa che è piaciuta è stata la pulizia che ritengo buona e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati tutti i giorni ma lo consiglierei solo per le persone che vogliono visitare il santuario di Padre Pio perché hanno un servizio navetta e poi è veramente vicino anche per andare a piedi ma solo per 1 2 giorni. Noi che siamo stati una settimana dovevamo fare minimo 1ora e mezza di auto per andare al mare in strade tutt’altro che comode.

Il personale è stato cordiale, ma l'hotel non è affatto un 4 stelle: siamo arrivati e la porta della camera non chiudeva bene, la cassaforte non funzionava, l'intera struttura della doccia faceva impressione a vederla e la colazione era molto povera.
