"The room was clean and felt very safe. The property is a little hidden away and I loved that because it was very quiet to catch a nap after the long flight. The AC was a god send in the summer heat. The staff communicated fast and clearly when I had a little issue finding the right elevator. It was absolutely my fault for not reading carefully, and they guided me right away. 10/10 would stay again when I'm in town. "

"My family and I loved strolling the property admiring all of the various trees and plants while enjoying the views of the sea and Mt Etna. The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. Property is quiet and was the perfect distance for our meeting with our Mt Etna tour company. Also enjoyed going to nearby Riposte that was a short drive away. Only issue was not being able to connect to WiFi but hey, that's not why you visit Italy."

"This was an outstanding value for the price. The room was clean and spacious and in a very safe and secure building. Free and ample parking outside the building. Check in went smoothly. I was not expecting housekeeping service for this price, but it was provided."

I am very picky and extremely clean, so I am often disappointed but Roby’s rooms were immaculately clean. I was impressed. The breakfast they prepared was fresh and delicious. They were so warm and welcoming. I was sad to check out, I would be happy to have stayed much longer. I’ll absolutely be back!"

"Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen von der Familie. Das Zimmer war geräumig, neuwertig und sauber. Das Frühstück war jeden morgen sehr lecker, man hat eine tolle Auswahl und der täglich zubereitete Cappuccino vom Hausherren war spitze. Bei allen Fragen (Ausflüge, Verbindungen usw.) war die Familie sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Sie liegt sehr Zentral und man erreicht alles günstig mit dem Bus. "

"The host was extremely helpful and very communicative. She is a 5 star host and had some nice snacks and beverages available for us when we arrived. However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. I would stay there again but the place could use better cleaning."
