"The property manager does not have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful"

"The staff was amazing. I stayed in a private room for 2 nights. The staff was helpful with every question. Including helping me with bus service and arranging a rafting trip. The breakfast was delicious. One night was pizza night where we enjoyed pizza by the pool. I would definitely stay here again. "
