"Have not left an evaluation for the staff because the reason below: I left my expensive headphone in bed due to in hurry to catch early morning flight. In airport I realized leaving headphone in hotel and called front-desk immediately and the staff promised to have someone retrieve for me. Called back several times to let them know to have my friend to pick up. So far still have no luck, always was told that they would need to find out who had picked it up and would let me know. "

"The room was clean , the toilet in 306 was malfunctioning so I had to fill the trash can with water from the lavatory in order to complete the flushing sequence on the toilet … And for some reason the room smelled of cat pee or kitty litter, I don’t know why ! Other than that, it was a nice room ! The pool and spa needed to be vacuumed and swept, there was dirt and debris in the bottom! The room before that one was perfect ! The room was so dirty, looked like they never cleaned it and they just give it to us, they give us new room, but still it was very uncomfortable, I was itching the whole night, also so much noice around the room we couldn’t sleep at all, we had to leave the hotel next very early morning because we couldn’t be there anymore!!! I asked for refund, and the manager was nice and give the refund but still I don’t get my money back. Never going there again.! "
