"We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay at the lodge. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The views were magnificent. The hospitality, decor, landscape, and the food are intentionally conscientious."

"Property is fantastic beautiful views and view of small waterfall. Walk around property and enjoy the nature, river, waterfall. Property manager on site was super friendly and helpful. Three story type house. Kids loved the bunk at the top. Easy walk to town for food and groceries. We stopped here between drive from SJO and La fortune and stayed one night then went to blue falls great stop!! "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is around 20 minutes from La Fortuna so car rental was needed. Beautiful secluded spot with a gorgeous terrace and small roof dipping pool/tub (villa cacao). Room had everything we needed and was very clean. "Rooms are old and bathrooms doesn’t flush properly. There are no other attractions around and have to go to la fortuna for any activity which is an hour drive. The resort is good with thermal spas and pools ."

"Room was spotless and comfortable. Beautiful spot. Host was great! Only thing I could suggest is the proper amount of towels for the amount of guests booked. We only had two towels for three guests. But this doesn’t affect how we feel about the place! Great stay!"
