Booked for 2 nights last week from Thursday 06/26/25 to Saturday 06/28/25.
The hotel (motel) didn’t have any microwave or small fridge to store or heat our food.
On Friday, 06/27/25, there were no hot water. They didn’t notify us.
I went down to talk to the front desk and they said that they would talk to Expedia to confirm that I did cancel the 2nd night with a refund for the night on top of other fees.
No answering phone calls or returning emails.
