"I booked this last minute due to a change in direction and although I thought I would hate this family hotel as a solo traveller, it was great. I loved that the beach area was quiet and the gym was empty. The room was standard layout and functional. For families this is a great hotel, lots to do! There are lots of events going on which can get quite noisy but they all finished at a decent time. My only negative would be - as a solo traveller they didn't expect this. "I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. I liked the roof top restaurant...
