"This was our 2nd stay , the last time we stayed here was in January 2026, great breakfast options . You can make your own waffles, there’s eggs, cereals, ham etc. clean overall . This last time we had very loud people staying upstairs stomping around at midnight but that’s not the hotels fault. One downside was that the iron had something stuck to it from previous people and they weren’t able to replace it , so we were left with wrinkled clothes for the day. "Starting with what is great...location, parking, and breakfast! Just a few things to know...if you are traveling with older kids, the family suite with the two twin beds is not really ideal for kids older than maybe 11. The two twins are put together to make a king against a wall (so one kid has to climb over another for any middle of the night needs). The room is cute and would be great for young kids. "The room was filthy. The beds had not been changed. Is trash left in the room, food containers on the table, the carpet has not been vacuumed. However, I did report it to the front desk and they immediately moved us to a new one and upgraded our room."

"This is not an Inn even that it’s called so. They don’t provide any breakfast or food. The only thing they have is hot water in the office and their office is closed on the staff lunch hours or some other hours."

"I really hate to say this but the room was in need of a lot of work... the walls were dirty, wallpaper peeling. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The hot tub was broken, the water feature in the courtyard is drained. The lock on the room door was broken. The 101 highway was very loud, so try to stay to the front. The bed was not comfortable. The "free breakfast" was coffee, juice, and Kirkland granola bars / rice crispy treats. I really wanted to like it but ended up leaving after one...

"The elevators stopped working at one point but the hotel staff made sure everyone had water and was taken care of. Great rooms and staff. Recommend staying at this hotel."

"Staff was helpful. Room is good, comfy bed, but towels seemed a bit grungy. Area was quiet at night, so slept well. You have to ask for things constantly, no remote in room, then needed clean towels, then housekeeping skipped me, then no hot water 1 morning, no refresh on coffee pods & creamer, etc…"

"We cancelled and left early as there were multiple roaches on the bed, ceiling, tables, fridge( room 216). We saw these within 5 minutes of arrival after we drove all day. We were not offered another room because they were full. The guy at the front desk wasn’t very helpful and we did not get a refund that night. We got a refund the next day in full which was nice but it was a huge waste of time for us to have to book another place so late. The property was very cool but I wouldn’t want another...
