Checked in a few days ago Owner and care taker responds right away prior check in. we raised our concerns,m tot he caretaker abt the baby cockroaches in the hnit. She said they just di bug spray and they knew abt this because there complaints from previous tenants. She mentioned that the dirty utility is jist close to the hnit. When we texted both caretaker and owner that we were not comfortable etc, we did not receive any response from them anymore. Baby Cockroaches-all Over the unit

The host was initially responsive and accommodating, even allowing my friend to stay. However, the experience quickly turned negative when I raised a concern about the pool, which was not disclosed as a paid amenity at the time of booking. In addition, the room we were given was not the same as what I had booked; according to the caretaker, it was changed at the last minute. Instead of addressing these issues professionally, the host was dismissive and, even more disappointing, compared me to her as a parent — which was both inappropriate and offensive. This lack of transparency and professionalism made the stay highly unsatisfactory. While the host showed some responsiveness at first, the overall experience was unacceptable.
